65 graduate students travel to conferences

The 2013-14 academic year was a busy one for Longwood’s graduate students. Sixty-five students from the following programs visited 11 professional state and national conferences with the support of their faculty and graduate studies travel grants:

School Librarianship

Health and Physical Education

English

Communication Sciences and Disorders

Counselor Education

Criminal Justice and Social Policy

Reading, Literacy and Learning

Students presented, participated, received awards, talked to vendors and networked with colleagues in their academic and career areas.
